Grindtime was born from a simple observation: Long Beach deserves a place that honors both the ritual of a perfect pour-over and the artistry of a well-crafted cocktail. We don't treat them as separate businesses — we treat them as the same craft, expressed differently across the day.

Every bean is sourced for its terroir. Every spirit is selected for its character. The only thing that changes between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. is the glass you drink from.

Coffee service ends 1 hour before bar service. Kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing.
